How long does it take to break in my new KURU shoes?
Most customers find our shoes comfortable right out of the box. However, we recommend wearing them for 2–3 hours a day for the first week to allow the ULTIMATE INSOLE to mold to your unique foot shape for a custom fit.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 45-day return and exchange policy. Shoes must be in new, unworn condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or a free exchange.
How do I determine the best size for me?
